What began as a love for poutine and a traveling food truck has evolved into one of the most trusted catering experiences in the San Juan Islands. After falling in love with Lopez Island, Jennifer Buckallew and Ted Warner built Blue Heron Catering as a way to bring people together through great food, genuine service, and a deep respect for the land and sea that sustain us.
