2011
The Spark

A trip to Montreal turned into a mission: find the best poutine, eat as much as possible, and bring that inspiration home. Six servings of poutine in 24 hours later, the dream was born.

2014
Poutine Your Mouth

The very first food truck hit the road. From music festivals to community events, crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds, and rich gravy were served up with a side of sass. Over the years, we brought poutine to more than 150 festivals across the country.

2018
Lopez Island Life

 After falling in love with Lopez during a visit, we made the move. Feeding locals and visitors alike became our next chapter.

2020
Blue Heron Catering

With more people asking us to bring the flavor to their weddings, events, and celebrations, we created a catering business designed to make every occasion unforgettable.

A-Pizza Pie

Our love for comfort food took on a new shape with wood-fired pizza, handmade and perfectly blistered. A-Pizza Pie hit the road serving fresh pies at island events, community gatherings, and beach days. What began as a simple idea to share our favorite slices quickly became another way to connect with people through good food and Lopez Island spirit.

What started as a food truck passion evolved into a full-fledged island bistro, where we could share more than poutine — fresh seafood, creative plates, and island-inspired dishes for all.
