Welcome to Poutine Your Mouth where the fries are crispy, the cheese curds are creamy, and the gravy flows like a savory waterfall. We don’t do bland. We don’t do boring. We do bold, scratch-made, locally sourced, organic, non-GMO comfort food served with a side of fun (and maybe a little sass).

Poutine the Passion

Born from a Craving, Built on Adventure

Our story started in 2011 with a craving, a plane ticket, and a mission: find the best poutine in Montreal. Six servings in 24 hours later, Jennifer Buckallew and Ted Warner came home inspired. By 2014, the first Poutine Your Mouth food truck hit the road — slinging top-tier, locally sourced poutine to hungry festival-goers.

After more than 150 festivals (and countless happy bellies), we made Lopez Island our home. There, we expanded our menu and our mission: to keep pushing the limits of what’s possible in a food truck kitchen. From rich curries to vegan and gluten-free creations, every dish is made with heart, humor, and a love for real food.

Our menu changes with the seasons but always starts with the same foundation — crispy fries, fresh cheese curds, and rich, house-made gravy. From classic poutine to curried fries, vegan twists, and over-the-top specials, we take comfort food seriously (but never ourselves). Everything is made fresh, sourced locally whenever possible, and served with a sense of humor and a whole lot of heart.

We are a seasonal food truck parked on Lopez Island and are currently closed for winter. We will reopen Spring 2026. See you then!
