What began as a food truck around the humble joy of poutine has evolved into three branches of the same philosophy: cooking from scratch, partnering with local producers, and serving with heart.
About Us
Partners in life and business, our culinary journey began with a shared love for poutine. Our passion for this beloved Canadian dish inspired us to create our own food truck in 2014, which we aptly named Poutine Your Mouth.
Over the years, our dedication and hard work paid off, as we honed our skills and grew our business from a passion project to a full-time career. We moved to Lopez Island in 2018 after falling in love with it during a visit.
